About the opportunity
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of case managers and counsellors providing a range of services to vulnerable members of the Boroondara community based in Camberwell. In this client-focused role, you will deliver high-quality, client-centred casework, including intake, assessment, and allocation of services. You’ll work closely with internal staff, pro bono professionals, students, and external referral pathways to provide tailored support to individuals, families, and communities. Ideal candidates will have a Social Work qualification, casework experience in community services, knowledge of child safety and family violence frameworks, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and continuous improvement. This is a 0.5 EFT position to work preferably on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays but open to be flexible, reporting to the Team Leader Wellbeing based in Camcare in Camberwell.
